Business Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technology delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.

  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Support agile delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

  • Partner with product, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation.

  • Maintain clear documentation and requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within an agile software environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Desirable

  • Experience working with UX/UI design teams.

  • Exposure to data analysis tools and reporting frameworks.
